Property Technician
The Property Technician provides support, and is accountable for delivering our commitments to residents. You will be responsible for performing exterior and interior preventive maintenance and repairs within our communities. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and has experience in all trades, including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. This position will require travel between job sites in Mesa, so it's a great fit for someone who likes to be on the go! Weekly allowance for gas will be provided.
